Informal Recruitment, also known as Continuous Open Bidding (COB), process spans over several relaxed socials in the fall, after formal recruitment, and spring.  It allows you to formally meet certain chapter at their houses while learning about their values, philanthropies, and more, all so you are able to find the right chapter for you!
