About Informal Recruitment
Informal Recruitment, also known as Continuous Open Bidding (COB), process spans over several relaxed socials in the fall, after formal recruitment, and spring. It allows you to informally meet chapters of your choosing at their houses while learning about their values, philanthropies, and more, all so you are able to find the right chapter for you!
Information regarding informal recruitment comes out directly after fall recruitment, and around January for spring informal recruitment. Houses participating will be posted on our instagram, @cincypanhellenic, as well as the individual chapters instagrams.
